Master of Computer Application (MCA)

Course Structure

The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a postgraduate program in computer science and IT, focusing on software development, networking, database management, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and system management. It prepares students for careers in software development, data science, IT consulting, and cybersecurity.

ELIGIBILITY

• Bachelor’s Degree:
  ➢ BCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT), B.Tech (CS/IT), or Any Graduation with
  Mathematics in 12th or UG level.
• Minimum Marks: 50-60% (Varies by institute).
• Entrance Exams (Required for Most Colleges):
  ➢ NIMCET – NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (for NITs).
  ➢ CUET PG – Central Universities MCA Admissions.
  ➢ MAH MCA CET – Maharashtra MCA Admission.
  ➢ TANCET MCA – Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test.
  ➢ UPSEE MCA – Uttar Pradesh MCA Admissions.
  ➢ Other State-Level & University-Specific Exams.

SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is applicable to the students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category. The scholarship is administered by the Government of Madhya Pradesh based on annual income of the family. Students with family income below ₹ 3,00,000/- are eligible to apply.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ANY SCHOLARSHIP

• Attested photocopy of permanent caste certificate.
• Original income certificate / attested photocopy of income certificate.
• Attested photocopy of domicile certificate.
• Attested photocopy of all mark sheets
• Attested photocopy of gap certificate.
• Attested photocopy of admission slip
• Declaration by family and student(Format available in college)
• Candidates must have Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2.
